I built a new blog

I spent some time this weekend building a new blog. The learning curve with nanoc was a bit steeper than I expected (probably due to my lack of ruby knowledge), but it’s pretty much done.

For the past year or so I’ve been spending quite a bit of my free time messing around with the Mac OS X kernel and the EFI firmware. I presented at Kiwicon V and Ruxcon 2011 on the topic of Mac OS X rootkits, and have been invited to speak at SyScan 2012 in Singapore on a similar topic. I intend to post a bunch of articles in the coming months expanding on the content of my Kiwicon/Ruxcon talks, documenting my further research (leading up to and after SyScan), and posting cute pictures of otters.

Hopefully this is of interest and use to people other than myself, but if not, whatever.
